So we’ve talked about how much I love easy dinners before (here and here) and I am here to tell you once again that I LOVE easy dinners. This one may be the easiest of them all, no seriously. Okay here’s what you do:
Crock Pot Pulled Pork (in ten minutes or less)
- Take one whole pork loin roast and put it in the crock pot.
- Add 1/2 bottle of whatever bbq sauce you like.
- Slice 1/2 onion into rings and add to the crock pot.
- Put the lid on, turn it on low and walk away.
- Return in 6 hours and watch the meat break apart with hardly a nudge from your fork.
- Stir it all up to get a good coat of sauce on it and serve!
Now if you are feeling fancy you can do like I do and make some corn bread. I ALWAYS make the Jiffy brand corn bread, because well I think it tastes the best! I also always use whatever non-dairy milk we have on hand (soy or almond usually) so that my son can eat it too.
Tonight I sliced up some avodaco and shredded a little cheese on top of the pulled pork and called it a success. Seriously though…whole thing took me maybe 10 minutes. I think it took me longer to eat the dinner than it did to cook it!! Now if that isn’t a winning home cooked combination I don’t know what is!! Try it and find out for yourself (and then come tell me about it)!!!

I do my pulled pork much the same way! Looks delicious.
P.S. I love your plates! I think my grandma had that pattern. Brought back memories. <3

LOL! the plates are so much the bane of my existence!! They make photographing nearly impossible and they are total grandma style! However we only use the small size plates (portion control and such) so all my grown up fancy plates are huge and unused!! Someday we will upgrade, but for now I am using the grandma plates!!!
