October is always full of Halloween spooky fun but some of the little ones Halloween can be scary. My daughter is seven and does not like spooky stuff at all. She is a adrenaline junkie when it comes to riding rides and more at an amusement park, but she wants nothing to do with anything that scares her. My son was the same way but at ten now, he’s up for anything usually. I wanted to make a crafty post for all the little ones to enjoy some Halloween fun. Here are 3 crafts that are great for younger children and also great for classroom goodies for their upcoming class Halloween Parties or even if you are you planning your own Halloween Party.
Happy Halloween Cards
- card stock/construction paper
- Halloween stickers
- Markers or pens
Halloween Foam Necklaces
- Craft Foam
- Hole punch
- String
- Beads
Spider Pencils
- PomPoms ( 2 sizes, one smaller then the other0
- Pipe cleaners
- Pencils
- Hot Glue Gun (parents help needed)
Hot glue the small pompom onto the larger pompom, Take 4 pipe cleaners that are cut into smaller sizes, not too small though. You will hold 4 pieces of pipe cleaners in your had and twist them together in the middle to make four legs on each side. Hot glue the legs to the pompoms and bend accordingly. then Glue to the pencil however you would like. You could even make it look like it’s crawling up the pencil, or down.
